so theres basically nobody on this wiki, but im still doing this anyway. basically, i put all of my ocs from a specfic year in wheel decide and whoever the wheel choses will represent that year. then there would be like 4 or 5 OCs representing each year... i dont know.. you'll understand when you see it.
